The End of the Line
The fact that a documentary about overfishing can manage to become one of the most talked-about documentary films of the year, suggests that THE END OF THE LINE possesses qualities beyond its presentation of what will to many audiences be just another ecological worry. However, Rupert Murray's film manages to transcend the documentary genre with a sense of otherworldly imagery that gives the audience a stern reminder of what might be lost, if his pessimistic views are to be correct.
RUPERT MURRAY (1969) is s British director of documentary films. His debut was UNKNOWN WHITE MALE in 2005. THE END OF THE LINE is Murray's third feature lenght documentary.
