Populist right-wing groups like the Soldiers of Odin and the True Finns are on the rise in Finland despite few immigrants. In BOILING POINT Elina Hirvonen documents several protest marches around the country as well as the heated but hopeful discussions that are taking place in the nation's many saunas. Xenophobia, rising inequality and distrust of the government and media are pressing issues all over Europe and in this urgent documentary we see them reflected through a uniquely Finnish prism.
