When Alan Abel decided to start a campaign to dress house pets in the name of decency in the late 50’s, he unknowingly started a career that over the next 40 years turned him into a constant thorn in American media’s side. His elaborate and well planned hoaxes throughout the years included a school for beggars and getting the Ugandian dictator Idi Amin married in the USA.
ABEL RAISES CAIN is Jenny Abel’s energetic and loving tribute to her father, as well as a personal story of growing up in a family quite unlike others.
