Slingshot Hip Hop
SLINGSHOT HIP HOP investigates the roots of the Palestinian rap pioneers of DAM, and the different artists they have inspired and influenced. Whether you know Palestinian hip-hop or not (and you probably don't), it hardly comes as a surprise that the Palestinian rap artists use their music to express the frustration and anger they feel over the Israeli occupation. SLINGSHOT HIP HOP tells the story of Palestinian rap music, as well as exposing the difficulties Palestinians face under the occupation.
