Jakob Aasen has hired his old friend, private investigator Varg Veum, to spy on his wife Rebecca, whom he suspects of infidelity. Against his better judgement Varg takes on the job, and in an ironic twist he and Rebecca rekindle their former love. Meanwhile a serial killer begins to target the members and families of Jakob's band. In a race against time, Varg strives to halt the killer before he strikes again – and in the process he uncovers the dark secret behind the killings.
Morten Tyldum

Morten Tyldum (b. 1967) is a commercial director, and has won a number of awards for his films. He has also made several short dramas, among them "Høyre", one of the episodes from the feature film UTOPIA - NOBODY IS PERFECT IN THE PERFECT COUNTRY (2002). BUDDY (2003) was his feature film debut. Morten Tyldum graduated from School of Visual Arts, New York. He worked for several years at public broadcaster NRK with the teen show "U", where he made several award winning documentaries.
