When Leonard is killed by a gang of street punks, aging widower Harry Brown sees no other choice but to find his gun and seek revenge on the killers of his best friend. Daniel Barber is a British director who graduated from St Martins School of Art in 1988. He had a successful career creating TV commercials for London based advertising company Knuckleheads, for which he won several prizes. He was nominated for an Academy Award in 2008 for his short film THE TONTO WOMAN (2007). HARRY BROWN (2009) is his first feature length film.
