The Night Porter
Thirteen years after the end of World War II, a man and a woman cross paths at a hotel in Vienna. He is a reseptionist and she a glamorous wife travelling through Europe with her husband. The two share a common past, having been involved in a sadomasochistic relationship when she was a concentration camp inmate and he an officer of the SS. Meeting again for the first time since the end of the war, the two quickly fall into old habits. 37 years after it first premiered, THE NIGHT PORTER is as dark and disturbingly seductive as ever.
