Life in a Fishbowl
In Reykjavik three different destinies intertwine: Eik is a single mother who works in a kindergarden, but has to resort to prostitution to make ends meet. Móri is an acclaimed author whose painful memories from the past have turned him into an alcoholic. Sölvi is an earlier football player who climbs the ladder of a big corporation only to see his family life crumble to pieces back home. Dreamy and poetic, yet warm and funny, LIFE IN A FISHBOWL is a critically acclaimed film which examines the human and social costs of the country's economical troubles.
