There is no shortage of prophecies and prognoses that spell doom for humanity and the earth. The challenge, then, lies in accepting the severity of threats such as global warming and overpopulation without giving in to depression and apathy. In their documentary TOMORROW, filmmakers Cyril Dion and Mélanie Laurent focus on solutions rather than problems as they travel the world meeting people who are redefining agriculture, energy, economy, democracy and education. Bit by bit, the image of a brighter tomorrow starts taking shape.
TOMORROW will open the Climate Festival (Klimafestivalen) Wednesday 21. September at 17:30. Sysla Grønn will start with an introduction, and Commissioner Julie Andersland will hold the official opening.
