In a beautiful old house in the vineyards near Vienna, Andreas and Stefan lead a life of bliss with their cat Moses. The couple work for the same symphony orchestra, and their relationship is defined by their passion for music, their large circle of friends and a high level of mutual trust. One day, however, a sudden outburst of violence threatens to destroy everything they've built up. TOMCAT is a sparse and unflinching psychodrama which takes its place in the long tradition of Austrian filmmakers who use violent transgressions to provoke and challenge their audiences.
