Six men on a fishing trip on board a luxurious yacht in the Aegean Sea play a game in which everything from blood to vocal qualities is measured to find out who is the prince among men worthy of wearing the Chevalier ring. It quickly gets ugly, and friendships are tested and rivalries abound as the men rush to prove their masculinity. With CHEVALIER director Athina Rachel Tsangari pokes fun at Greece's many problems and men's mindless macho power struggles, thus cementing her status as a pivotal player in the new wave of absurdist Greek cinema.
