Kjetil is a young man in his twenties. He likes to play the guitar, and he loves his cat. Since he was 17 years old he has been struggling with mental illness, and has spent most of his time in different psychiatric hospitals. He dreams of being able to live in his own apartment and take care of himself. The film essay MAKING SENSE TOGETHER discusses power relations and powerlessness in modern psychiatry. It tells the fictitious story of Kjetil, but also includes firsthand accounts from patients, next of kin, and employees.

NB - will be screened with Norwegian subtitles.
