Escapades in Argentina

When do you give up dreaming about making it big as a rock’n’roll star? The guys in the Norwegian band What Came From the Sea are all north of 40, but chance conspires to give them another shot when they get a surprise hit in Argentina and are invited down there for a tour. Who would say no to an adventure on the other side of the globe? THE ROCK AND ROLL DREAM is a charming documentary made by, with and about people from Bergen, but it’s also a film about universal themes such as dreams, passion and the hope of a late-in-life breakthrough.

Festival guest: Directors John Kaare Hoversholm and Finn Erik Rognan, and Rolv-Erik Berge
