FILM TALK WITH JOACHIM TRIER, ESKIL VOGT AND AKSEL KIELLAND

Director Joachim Trier and screenwriter Eskil Vogt have made two of the most successful Norwegian films of the decade - REPRISE (2006) and OSLO 31. AUGUST (2011), which have been screened at festivals and won several prizes world wide.
Their latest addition LOUDER THAN BOMBS, is the first Norwegian film in 36 years to have been screened in the main competition programme in Cannes. This Norwegian, French, Danish co-production shot in New York has been sold to 100 countries, and stars Gabriel Byrne, Isabelle Huppert, Jesse Eisenberg and Devin Druid. It premieres in Norwegian cinemas in October, but you can see it before everyone else at BIFF on Monday the 28th of September in KP1 at 8:15pm.
Tuesday the 29th of September during BIFF Joachim Trier, Eskil Vogt and film critic Aksel Kielland meet for an informal talk on the topic of screen writing, directing, inspiration and style, based on past, present and future film projects.
The session will be held in Norwegian.
